Curtis & Shonda are the kind of people who would like to live in a world where everybody lives in their dream home, innovative business thrives, gardens out number parking lots, and doughnuts are health food!
Shonda is a “professional” homemaker and homeschooler. She has also volunteered many hours with various charities and non-profit organizations. Focusing on assisting families, most often women and children. Shonda brings her devotion of helping families to all areas of her life. This eagerness to be of service shines through in all her real estate endeavors.
Curtis served as an MP (yep mud puppy) in the Army and now works within the government sector. He has been honored and awarded many times for his dedicated work, quickly earning his way through the ranks. His industrious nature and intense commitment to serving others is evident through his life accomplishments. With no doubt he utilizes these strengths and more during the often complicated process of buying and selling homes.
As real estate agents, they specialize in government employment transfers. They can assist with the logistics of the transfer itself and help guide clients through the reimbursement process. However, they are not limited to government transfers, they also work with the military and anyone who needs real estate assistance, to include Veterans and VA loans, conventional loans, jumbo loans, etc. They delight in assisting families of all shapes and sizes, whether they are selling a home or buying. Curtis & Shonda believe they’re responsible for providing a service their clients can depend on to be prompt, fully attentive, organized, and reliable. Above all else their promise is to provide their clients with kindness, sincerity, and honesty.
When these two are not helping families buy and/or sell their homes, you can find them covered in ingredients from whatever new recipe they are trying, hunting thrift stores and antique shops for treasures, or indulging in a Netflix marathon.
