I'm Susan Wallace and I’ve served many of VR SAM’s military clients by helping them obtain their home loans. My job is to provide you with a personalized, private loan consultation. My goal is simple - to deliver extraordinary customer service as I assist military families with the best financing options available. I accomplish this by knowing the product, understanding the needs of my clients and being willing to put in the time and effort necessary to find the best fit between the two.
I was raised in a small town in Kansas. From there I moved to Denver where, after 10 years as a successful entrepreneur, I found my passion for helping people realize their dreams of home ownership. I moved to the Northern Virginia area almost two years ago and was introduced to the military way of life. I instantly realized the people I wanted to focus on helping with their mortgage needs where the military families who serve each and every one of us each day by protecting this great country.
